Registration Information

Pups registration is generally held during the second and third weekends in September.

 

Season cost for participation in Pups for children from the same family is:

  • $130 for one child

  • $160 for two children

  • $180 for three or more children

The effective eligible age for the Crown Point Pups Basketball is age seven (7) years as of June 1 of the current registration year and through age sixteen (16) for girls and boys prior to June 1 of the current registration year. Proof of age is required for all new players.

 

PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE PUPS REGISTRATION FORM BEFORE COMING TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD. One form must be filled out for each child. All registrations must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian prior to being accepted by Crown Point Pups Basketball.

 

  

2007-08 Registration Dates

  • 09/9/06 - 12 noon to 5:00 pm
  • 09/16/06 - 12 noon to 5:00 pm
Registration will take place at the 
Lake County Fair Grounds in the 4-H Building 
In Crown Point, IN 46307

Payment

Checks should be made payable to "Crown Point Pups Basketball". Credit cards are not accepted.
  • $130.00 for 1 child
  • $160.00 for 2 children
  • $180.00 for 3 or more children
Multiple rates apply ONLY for children from the same family.
