Pups registration is generally held during the second and third weekends in September.

 

Season cost for participation in Pups for children from the same family is:

  • $135 for one child

  • $180 for two children

  • $200 for three or more children

The effective eligible grade for the Crown Point Pups Basketball is grade 1 of the current registration year and through grade 12 for girls and boys divisions. Proof of grade can be requested.

 

PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND FILL OUT THE PUPS REGISTRATION FORM BEFORE COMING TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD. One form must be filled out for each child. All registrations must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian prior to being accepted by Crown Point Pups Basketball.

  • 08/28/11 - 12 noon to 5:00 pm
  • 09/11/11 - 12 noon to 5:00 pm

Crown Point, IN 46307

Payment

Checks should be made payable to "Crown Point Pups Basketball". Credit cards are not accepted.
  • $135.00 for 1 child
  • $180.00 for 2 children
  • $200.00 for 3 or more children
Multiple rates apply ONLY for children from the same family.
